Welcome to the forefront of employability:

LINCOLN LEADERSHIP FOUNDATION

Connecting individuals with special abilities to meaningful employment opportunities.

THE TREE OF LINCOLN:

A STORY OF PURPOSE AND GROWTH

  • In 2016, we planted a tree in the form of Lincoln Leadership Advisors, an executive search and leadership advisory committed to talent with purpose.
  • Its roots grew deep: anchored in integrity, dedication and care, and the belief that developing character is a daily practice. The success of our business reflects these core values.
  • From the strong trunk of our firm, a new branch in the form of the Lincoln Leadership Foundation has emerged in 2025 to empower and champion individuals with special abilities.
  • It connects these individuals to meaningful employment and encourages employers to embrace a more expansive definition of talent.
  • It targets an underserved market: a part of society that is often overlooked but loaded with talent, individuals not seeking charity, but opportunity.
  • As a core value, we believe the most meaningful growth happens when someone chooses to plant and nurture.
  • LLF exists to cultivate leadership where others haven’t looked, and to share the harvest with the corporate business world.

OUR PURPOSE:

TALENT SHOULD NEVER GO UNSEEN

Too many skilled professionals are excluded from employment, not because they lack ability, but because they remain unseen.

  • The unemployment rate for people with disabilities is more than double the national average (7.5% versus 3.8%in 2024).
  • Underemployment: About 31% of workers with a disability work part-time, compared to only 17% of workers without a disability.
  • Households with a disabled member require, on average, 28% (or $17,690) more in annual income to maintain the same standard of living as non-disabled households.
  • Barriers to Leadership: Only 37.9% of people with disabilities work in management or professional roles, compared to 44.1% of their counterparts.
  • As of July 2024, tens of thousands of disabled people were still legally earning subminimum wages (often below $3.50 per hour).
  • Education Gap: Even with a bachelor’s degree or higher, 31% of unemployed people with disabilities report an employment barrier.

Our purpose is to challenge narrow views of leadership and shine a light on this unseen talent.

At Lincoln Leadership Foundation, we do not lower the bar; we strive to identify and empower talent that can add value and create impact in the workplace.
