In 2016, a tree was planted — not just symbolically, but through daily actions rooted in leadership, character, and long-term vision. Since then, Lincoln Leadership Advisors has quietly cultivated this culture by developing future-ready talent, guiding purposeful leadership, and valuing human potential. From this strong foundation grew the Lincoln Leadership Foundation — a natural extension of the belief that leadership should include everyone. The tree in our name and logo reflects our mission: to nurture overlooked leadership and share its impact with the world
The Lincoln Leadership Foundation was created to expand who we see as leaders. Too often, skilled professionals with disabilities are excluded—not due to ability, but because they’re overlooked.
In 2024, their unemployment rate is 7.5%, more than double the national average (3.8%). Over 1.5 million working-age Americans with disabilities remain outside the workforce.
At LLF, we see employment as dignity and recognition. We challenge narrow definitions of leadership and help organizations discover the talent they’ve been missing.
At Lincoln Leadership Foundation, we’re building a future where no qualified leader goes unseen. We believe leadership doesn’t need to be created — just recognized.
Our mission is to empower professionals with disabilities and connect them with organizations ready to grow through inclusive leadership. In year one, we’ll support 20–25 individuals with tailored coaching and connect them to strategic roles — not as beneficiaries, but as changemakers.
We’re also partnering with 5–10 companies ready to embrace diverse leadership.
Our purpose is clear: to grow leadership that reflects the world we’re building.
At Lincoln Leadership Foundation, we connect qualified professionals with disabilities to executive opportunities — focusing on potential, not labels. Through personalized coaching and leadership training, we prepare them for real-world impact.
Each cohort is carefully selected with community partners. We work closely with employers to ensure purposeful placements and support long-term success through mentoring and a strong alumni network.
LLF is building a future-ready leadership pipeline — bridging overlooked talent and inclusive organizations.
